Introducing Agency Staffing Insights

With Accushield’s newly designed Agency Staffing Report, you can now track agency staffing hours in an intuitive way and protect your community from unintended financial debts. Agency Staffing Insights provides a transparent view of total agency staffing usage and empowers you to monitor the use of agency staffing more effectively.

Here is what you can now see with Agency Staffing Insights:

  • Number of agency staffing companies in use
  • Total hours spent by agency staff across your portfolio
  • Total sign ins per month
  • Contracted hours vs. sign in duration
  • Average sign out percentage by agency staffing
  • Top agency staffing service types

Monitor Document Status with New Automated Alerts

Notifications for Document Management

New notifications allow you to efficiently communicate with your visitors and staff on their document submission status, and alert appropriate users upon document expiration.

Notifications for Document Management

With the Accushield Mobile app and kiosk, everyone can submit the required documentation to gain entry into the building and receive approval status notifications via Email or SMS on their submitted documents. Automated notifications can be sent to your users for the following scenarios:

  1. The Document Submitted was Approved
  2. The Document Submitted was Rejected
  3. A Document was Successfully Submitted
  4. A Submitted Document Expires

Covid-19 Additional Doses – Now on Mobile

With continuously evolving guidance on COVID-19 vaccinations, we want to empower you to be able to adapt to change without waiting for an update from us. Back in December, the kiosk was upgraded to collect up to 10 additional doses of Covid-19 vaccine records, but this functionality is now available on mobile as well! This will enable you to add additional dose requirements on an as-needed basis, and select the groups of people required to submit each additional dose as guidance may vary.

Additionally, you can import COVID-19 Vaccination records in bulk. With the new expiration notice and bulk import function, you can enhance efficiency and ensure that you are up to date and compliant with Covid-19 vaccinations.


Collect and Validate Email Addresses- Now on Mobile and Kiosk

 

A community administrator can now more easily collect email addresses from family/friends, volunteers, and service providers from both Mobile and Kiosk. New email configuration options include:

  • Email Collection for ALL visitor types to improve quality of your data (Note staff email collection is coming soon)
  • Frequency control: A frequency can be set to ask visitors either daily, once/month or once every three (3) months for a valid email address. Once an email address is captured and verified, the visitors will not be asked again
  • Email verification: Once the system has collected a new email address, an email will be sent to that email address to confirm validity.
  • Kiosk entry: Visitors who do not have an email address can select “I do not have an email address” and skip the process

Kiosk Enhancements:

Auto Advance:

We’re working hard to improve the user experience at the kiosk. You’ll notice most screens will now auto advance to the next screen once the user makes a selection.

 

CIR100 thermometer improvements:

We’ve updated the way you interact with the thermometer scan screen by adding additional guidance that will make the scanning process seamless and even more accurate.
