We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team who loves to understand how our users tick and can write epics and user stories in their sleep. You’ll be responsible for translating product and feature discovery into organized requirements and specifications for our engineering team. You will have an opportunity to work on our existing offering while also bringing useful new products directly to our users.

You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • 3+ years of modern product management practices utilizing agile methodologies
  • A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering to stated business goals
  • Strong demonstrable experience with agile software development methodologies and tools, including the Atlassian stack
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills –capable of communicating in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of widely varying audiences
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personal integrity, active listener, humility, an appreciation for the power of teamwork, and a sense of humor
  • Overall understanding of modern web and mobile applications, specifically SaaS based products
  • Experience in entrepreneurship, sales or marketing is an advantage

You Can:

  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Live in the product trenches translating the why into the how through clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze proposed feature deliverables to flesh out edge cases and deliver strong business requirements to engineers
  • Define minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
  • Break down customer discovery into explicit functional requirements 
  • Work with the broader product and engineering teams managing backlogs, ticket grooming, and sprint planning
  • Work with QA to ensure test cases accurately match functional requirements
  • Work with product managers and UX researchers ensuring the right, not the fastest, implementation approach is taken 
  • Uncover and clearly communicates internal business challenges, technical restraints, and risks
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  • Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions
  • Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends
