In November 2022, we laid the foundation for an agency staffing report through a small change in the kiosk and mobile sign in flow. These changes allowed us to begin collecting data that is now available through our Agency Staffing Insights report which transforms this data into reports that are easy for you to track agency staffing usage at your facility.

Agency Staffing Insights provide a transparent view of total spending on agency skilled workers for up to four months, and additional features empower you to monitor the use of agency staffing more effectively.

Corporate-Level Reporting
Corporate users will be provided with a a customized agency staffing log that shows all the communities in their portfolio with their associated agency staffing usage. This is a helpful way to compare agency staffing usage across their enterprise group.
Community Users
Community users will be provided with an additional report that will show them peak agency staffing hours, and when they need to fill shifts the most. Their agency staffing log shows individual agency staffing provider sign in counts/hours for the time period being viewed, and allow them to audit billed hours.
